Vivianna’s Design Journey

Vivianna’s design journey began with a deep passion for creation and years of professional refinement. She majored in Visual Design at university and, after graduation, joined a jewelry company where she handled foundational tasks such as material selection and client communication. Through gaining firsthand experience across the entire jewelry design process, she gradually developed a strong preference for crystal—drawn to its gentle transparency—and slowly clarified her own design direction.

Her deep connection with crystal was not the result of a sudden moment of inspiration, but a natural choice shaped through long-term engagement. In her daily studio work, she regularly worked with a wide range of gemstones. Compared to the brilliance of diamonds or the intensity of colored gemstones, crystal’s soft luster and translucent quality consistently brought her a sense of calm amid complex and demanding tasks.

She understands that crystal lacks the rarity of precious gemstones, yet it possesses a unique ability to carry deeply personal emotion. This understanding led her to establish an “anti-ostentatious aesthetic” philosophy—one that believes the value of jewelry lies not in material prestige, but in the emotional connection formed between the piece and its wearer.

The Vivirora brand was born during Vivianna’s creative golden era in midlife. Its name is derived from the Latin words “Viva” (life) and “Rora” (morning dew), symbolizing “the radiant light of life, fresh as morning dew.” This meaning perfectly reflects the brand’s design philosophy: to awaken the tenderness and resilience deep within the human heart through the luminosity of crystal. Since its founding, Vivirora has deliberately stayed away from the noise of fleeting trends, centering its creations on the idea of “emotional vessels,” using crystal and metal to tell stories of nature, freedom, and self, and redefining the relationship between crystal jewelry and the wearer.

Vivirora’s core strength lies in its uncompromising pursuit of crystal craftsmanship and its profound exploration of emotional value. In material selection, the brand uses only natural crystal rough stones, which undergo multiple stages of hand-cutting and polishing to release their inner brilliance to the fullest. Each crystal bears traces of nature—subtle inclusions, delicate textures, or unique color gradations. These so-called “imperfections” are, in fact, the soul of each piece. Vivianna’s signature “Soft Glow Cutting” technique abandons the traditional obsession with sharp, angular facets, instead preserving the crystal’s original curves.
